Nua ("the app") is developed by N3O Solutions ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data Nua handles and, just as importantly, what it doesn't.
Nua has no servers of its own and no user accounts. Everything you log — feedings, pumping sessions, sleep, diaper changes, solid foods, your milk stash, and your baby's profile (name, birth date, photo) — is stored only on your device, and optionally synced across your own devices through your private iCloud account. We never see it, and we never sell it.
This includes baby profile details, feeding and pumping logs, sleep and diaper entries, solid food entries, milk stash and inventory records, and pump equipment maintenance notes. This data is stored locally using Apple's on-device database (SwiftData), and — only if you're signed into iCloud on your device — synced through your private iCloud database via Apple's CloudKit. That sync is between your own devices; N3O Solutions has no access to this data at any point.
If you add a photo for a baby profile, it's stored the same way as the rest of your data — locally and in your private iCloud — and used only to display that baby's avatar in the app.
Nua shows ads through Google AdMob to keep the app free. AdMob may collect device and advertising identifiers to deliver and measure ads, and — only with your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt — to personalize them. You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time in your device's Settings. AdMob's data practices are described in Google's Privacy Policy.
Nua is designed for parents and caregivers to track their own baby's care. Baby profile information is entered by the parent/caregiver, stays on their device and private iCloud, and is not collected by us or shared with third parties (other than the advertising identifiers described above, which relate to the device, not the baby).
You can delete any entry, baby profile, or all app data at any time from within Nua. Deleting the app removes its local data from your device; data already synced to your private iCloud can be managed from your iPhone's iCloud settings.
If this policy changes, we'll update the date above. Continued use of Nua after a change means you accept the updated policy.
